Sukta 10.141
त्वं नो अग्ने अग्निभिर्ब्रह्म यज्ञं च वर्धय । त्वं नो देवतातये रायो दानाय चोदय ॥
tváṃ no agne agníbhir bráhma yajñáṃ ca vardhaya | tváṃ no devátātaye rāyó dā́nāya codaya ||
โอ อัคนี ขอพระองค์ทรงเพิ่มพูนแก่เราด้วยเปลวเพลิงทั้งหลายของพระองค์ ทั้งพรหมัน (brahman—ถ้อยคำและทัศนะอันดลใจ) และยัชญะ (yajña—การบูชาภายใน). และขอพระองค์ทรงเร่งเร้าเราให้มุ่งสู่ภาวะแห่งทวยเทพ และสู่การให้ทานแห่งความมั่งคั่งอันไพบูลย์ (rāyas).
