आदित्यासो अति स्रिधो वरुणो मित्रो अर्यमा । उग्रं मरुद्भी रुद्रं हुवेमेन्द्रमग्निं स्वस्तयेऽति द्विषः ॥

Transliteration

ādityā́so áti srídho váruṇo mitró aryamā́ | ugráṃ marúdbhir rudráṃ huvema índram agníṃ svastáye ’ti dvíṣaḥ ||

Translation

โอ้เหล่าอาทิตยะ—วรุณะ มิตระ อริยมัน—ขอท่านพาเราข้ามพ้นรอยแยกแห่งความไม่สมานฉันท์ เราขออัญเชิญรุทระผู้เกรียงไกรพร้อมเหล่ามรุต และอินทระกับอัคนี เพื่อความสวัสดีของเรา ให้ล่วงพ้นอำนาจอันเป็นปฏิปักษ์ทั้งปวง
