नाहं तं वेद दभ्यं दभत्स यस्येदं दूतीरसरं पराकात् । न तं गूहन्ति स्रवतो गभीरा हता इन्द्रेण पणयः शयध्वे ॥
nāháṃ táṃ véda dábhyaṃ dábhatsá yásyedáṃ dūtī́r ásaraṃ parākā́t | ná táṃ gū́hanti sraváto gabhīrā́ hatā́ índreṇa paṇáyaḥ śayadhve ||
เรามิรู้ผู้อันอาจถูกลวงได้ และมิรู้ผู้ลวง—ผู้นั้นซึ่งสารนี้ได้ออกไปเป็นทูตจากแดนไกลเพื่อเขา กระแสน้ำลึกที่ไหลเชี่ยวก็ซ่อนไม่ได้ โอ้พณีทั้งหลาย ถูกอินทระฟาดฟันแล้ว พวกเจ้าก็นอนแน่นิ่งอย่างไร้เรี่ยวแรง
