Praise of Rama’s Virtues and the Decision on the Heir-Apparent
पूर्णचन्द्राननस्याथ शोकापनुदमात्मनः।।।।लोके रामस्य बुबुधे सम्प्रियत्वं महात्मनः।
pūrṇacandrānanasyātha śokāpanudam ātmanaḥ | loke rāmasya bubudhe sampriyatvaṃ mahātmanaḥ ||
แล้วพระองค์ทรงตระหนักถึงความเป็นที่รักยิ่งของพระรามในหมู่ชน—มหาตมะผู้มีพระพักตร์ดุจพระจันทร์เพ็ญ—และทรงดำริว่า ด้วยพระรามนี้เอง ความโศกในพระทัยของพระองค์จักถูกขจัดไป
