ऋ॒भुर॑सि॒ जग॑च्छन्दा॒ अनु॒ त्वा र॑भे । स्व॒स्ति मा॒ सं व॑हा॒स्य य॒ज्ञस्यो॒दृचि॒ स्वाहा॑

ṛbhúr asi jágat-chándā ánu tvā rabhe | svastí mā sáṃ vahāsy yajñásyodṛ́ci svā́hā

Thou art R̥bhu, with Jagatī for thy metre: in accordance therewith I lay hold of thee. In safety bear me wholly to the sacrifice’s farthest reach—svāhā!

ท่านคือ R̥bhu (ṛbhu) มีฉันทลักษณ์เป็น Jagatī: ตามนั้นข้าพเจ้าจับยึดท่านไว้. ขอท่านจงพาข้าพเจ้าไปโดยสวัสดีอย่างครบถ้วน ถึงที่สุดอันไกลโพ้นของพิธีบูชา—svāhā!
