न्य॑१ग्वातो॑ वाति॒ न्यऽक् तपति॑ सूर्यः॑ । नी॒चीन॑म॒घ्न्या दु॑हे॒ न्यऽग् भवतु ते॒ रपः॑

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 6.91.2

nyàk vā́to vāti nyàk tápati sū́ryaḥ | nīcī́nam aghnyā́ dúhe nyàg bhavatu te rápáḥ

Downward the Wind doth blow; downward the Sun doth burn: downward the inviolable Cow is milked; downward, for thee, let the wasting harm be driven.

ลมพัดลงเบื้องล่าง; ดวงอาทิตย์แผดเผาลงเบื้องล่าง; แม่โคผู้ไม่อาจล่วงละเมิดถูกรีดน้ำนมลงเบื้องล่าง; ขอให้โทษแห่งความซูบผอม (rapas) ของเจ้าถูกขับลงเบื้องล่างด้วยเถิด.
