Sukta 12
व्यच॑स्वतीरुर्वि॒या वि श्र॑यन्तां॒ पति॑भ्यो॒ न जन॑यः॒ शुम्भ॑मानाः । देवी॑र्द्वारो बृहतीर्विश्वमिन्वा दे॒वेभ्यो॑ भवत सुप्राय॒णाः
vyácasvatīr urviyā́ ví śrayantāṃ pátibhyo ná jánayaḥ śúmbhamānāḥ | devī́r dvā́ro bṛhatī́r viśvám-invā devébhyo bhavata suprāyaṇā́ḥ
Wide-opening, broad—let them stand apart, like wives adorning themselves for their lords. O divine Doors, great and all-impelling, become for the gods of happy entrance.
ขอให้เหล่าผู้เปิดกว้าง ผู้กว้างใหญ่ แยกยืนออกไป—ดุจภรรยาทั้งหลายที่ประดับกายเพื่อสามีของตน โอ้ประตูเทพีทั้งหลาย ผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ ผู้ขับเคลื่อนสรรพสิ่ง—จงเป็นทางเข้าสู่พิธีอันเป็นมงคลแก่เหล่าเทพ
