येन॑ दे॒वा अ॒मृत॑म॒न्ववि॑न्द॒न् येनौष॑धी॒र्मधु॑मती॒रकृण्वन्। येन॑ दे॒वाः स्व॑१राभ॑र॒न्त्स नो॑ मुञ्च॒त्वंह॑सः

IAST Transliteration

yéna devā́ amṛ́tam anvávindan yéna oṣadhī́r mádhu-matī́r ákṛṇvan | yéna devā́ḥ svàḥ ā́-bharan sá no muñcatv áṃhasaḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Wherewith the Gods won immortality; wherewith they made the plants honey-sweet; wherewith the Gods brought hither heaven—may he release us from anguish.

Translation

ด้วยสิ่งนี้เหล่าเทพได้บรรลุความเป็นอมตะ; ด้วยสิ่งนี้ได้ทำให้โอสถพฤกษาเป็นดุจน้ำผึ้งอันหวาน; ด้วยสิ่งนี้เหล่าเทพได้นำสวรรค์ (svàr) มายังที่นี่—ขอท่านนั้นจงปลดปล่อยเราจากความคับแค้นและบาปเคราะห์ (aṃhas) เถิด.
