Sukta 37
त्वं ह॒ त्यदि॑न्द्र॒ कुत्स॑मावः॒ शुश्रू॑षमाणस्त॒न्वा सम॒र्ये। दासं॒ यच्छुष्णं कुय॑वं॒ न्यऽस्मा॒ अर॑न्धय आर्जुने॒याय॒ शिक्ष॑न्
tváṃ ha tyád indra kútsam āvaḥ śuśrūṣamāṇas tanvā̀ samaryé | dāsáṃ yác chuṣṇáṃ kúyavaṃ ny àsmāi áraṇdhaya ārjuneyā́ya śíkṣan ||
Thou verily didst help that Kutsa, O Indra, giving heed, in thine own person, in the battle; when thou didst bring down into subjection for him the Dāsa Śuṣṇa and Kuyava, aiding the son of Arjuna with thy succour.
โอ้อินทระ ท่านได้ช่วยคุตสะ (Kutsa) อย่างแท้จริง—ท่านใส่ใจคำวิงวอนและเสด็จด้วยกายของท่านเองในศึก. เมื่อท่านทำให้ทาสะ (Dāsa) คือศุษณะ (Śuṣṇa) และกุยวะ (Kuyava) ยอมสยบแก่เขา และทรงเกื้อหนุนบุตรแห่งอรชุนด้วยกำลังคุ้มครองของท่าน.
