Sukta 19
वा॒युर॒न्तरि॑क्षे॒णोद॑क्राम॒त् तां पुरं॒ प्र ण॑यामि वः । तामा वि॑शत॒ तां प्र वि॑शत॒ सा वः॒ शर्म॑ च॒ वर्म॑ च यच्छतु
vāyúḥ antárikṣeṇódakrāmat; tā́m púraṃ prá ṇayāmi vaḥ | tā́m ā́ viśata, tā́m prá viśata; sā́ vaḥ śárma ca várma ca yacchatu ||
The Wind strode forth along the mid-air: that fortress I lead forward unto you. Enter ye into it, enter ye full into it: may she bestow on you both shelter and armour.
วายุ (Vāyu) ก้าวออกไปตามห้วงกลางฟ้า (antarikṣa): ป้อมปราการนั้นเรานำมาสู่เบื้องหน้าพวกท่าน. จงเข้าไปในนั้น จงเข้าไปให้เต็มที่ในนั้น; ขอให้นางประทานทั้งที่พึ่งพิงคุ้มครอง (śarman) และเกราะกำบัง (varman) แก่พวกท่าน.
