ततः परं कर्तुः कारयितुश्च पूर्वः साहसदण्डः श्रोतृऋणामेकैकं प्रत्यर्धदण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.११.०२ ॥
tataḥ paraṃ kartuḥ kārayituś ca pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ śrotṛṛṇām ekaikaṃ pratyardhadaṇḍaḥ
หากเกินกว่า (อัตราที่อนุญาต) ผู้กระทำและผู้สั่งให้กระทำต้องรับโทษปรับสาหสระดับแรก (ต่ำสุด) และสำหรับพยาน-ลูกหนี้แต่ละรายให้ปรับเพิ่มอีกครึ่งหนึ่ง
