పర్వతాల ఉపహ్వరాలలో (సమీప గుహ/ఆశ్రయాలలో) మరియు నదుల సంగమంలో, ధియా (అంతర్దృష్టి) శక్తిచేత విప్రుడు (ఋషి) జన్మిస్తాడు.
