एता नो अग्ने सौभगा दिदीह्यपि क्रतुं सुचेतसं वतेम । विश्वा स्तोतृभ्यो गृणते च सन्तु यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥

Transliteration

etā́ no agne saúbhagā didī́hy ápi krátuṃ su-cétasaṃ vatema | víśvā stotṛ́-bhyo gṛṇaté ca santu yūyáṃ pāta svastí-bhiḥ sádā naḥ ||

Translation

హే అగ్నీ! ఈ సౌభాగ్యాలు మాకు ప్రకాశించుగాక; మేము సుచేతస్ (సుప్రబుద్ధి) గల క్రతు—ప్రకాశమయ సంకల్పం/వ్రతం—ను ఎంచుకొని అనుసరించుదుము. స్తోతా మరియు గృణత్ (పాడి స్తుతించువాడు) వారికి సమస్త ఆశీర్వాదాలు కలుగుగాక; హే దేవశక్తులారా, స్వస్తిభిః (క్షేమస్థితులతో) మమ్మల్ని ఎల్లప్పుడూ కాపాడండి.
