Sukta 6.68
यं युवं दाश्वध्वराय देवा रयिं धत्थो वसुमन्तं पुरुक्षुम् । अस्मे स इन्द्रावरुणावपि ष्यात्प्र यो भनक्ति वनुषामशस्तीः ॥
yáṃ yuváṃ dā́śv adhvarā́ya devā́ rayíṃ dháttho vásumantaṃ puru-kṣúm | asmè sá indrāvaruṇāv ápi syāt prá yó bhanákti vanúṣām áśastīḥ ||
యజ్ఞం అర్పించే దాశ్వన్ (అర్పణకర్త) కోసం, ఓ దేవులారా, మీరు ఇద్దరూ వసుమంత, పురుక్షు (దూరం వరకు విస్తరించే) రయి (సమృద్ధి)ని స్థాపించారు—ఓ ఇంద్ర-వరుణా—అదే మాకూ కలగాలి. వణుషామ్ (యాచకులు/సాధకులు) పై వచ్చే అశస్తీ (దుష్ట నిందావాక్యాలు)ని విరిచివేసే వాడు ముందుకు సాగుగాక.
