समश्विनोरवसा नूतनेन मयोभुवा सुप्रणीती गमेम । आ नो रयिं वहतमोत वीराना विश्वान्यमृता सौभगानि ॥
sám aśvinór ávasā nū́tanena mayó-bhuvā́ su-práṇītī gamema | ā́ no rayíṃ vahatam ótá vīrā́n ā́ víśvāny amṛtā́ sáubhagāni ||
May we proceed under the Ashvins’ ever-new, joy-bringing help and perfect guidance. Bring us wealth, heroic powers, and all immortal fortunes.
The seeker asks to move (gamema) in conscious harmony (sam) with a continually renewing grace (nūtana avas). The Ashvins’ help is mayobhu—bringing a glad ease that heals strain. Supraṇīti is the inner right-leading: discrimination that guides life-movements without confusion. The requested ‘rayi’ is not mere material wealth but luminous abundance—resources of consciousness and capacity. ‘Vīrān’ are heroic soul-forces (courage, steadfast energy) needed for transformation. ‘Amṛtā saubhagāni’ are deathless felicities: stable states of light, joy, and harmony that do not depend on outer circumstance.
Progress is safest when guided by a renewing inner help that is both joyful and exact; true prosperity includes inner resources, courage, and enduring well-being.
Benediction, Guidance and integration, Spiritual wealth, Heroic energy

Bringers of timely aid, restorers of harmony, and guides at transitions (especially dawn).
A dual force of correction and encouragement—healing the vital while guiding the mind into right movement.

Warm, confident, and even; avoid urgency—this is guided movement.
