इन्द्रश्च वायवेषां सोमानां पीतिमर्हथः । युवां हि यन्तीन्दवो निम्नमापो न सध्र्यक् ॥
Transliteration
índraś ca vāyav eṣā́ṃ sómānāṃ pītím arhathaḥ | yuvā́ṃ hí yántīndavo nímnam ā́po ná sadhryàk ||
Translation
ఇంద్రా, వాయూ! ఈ సోమ-తరంగాల పానానికి యోగ్యులు మీరు ఇద్దరూ. ఎందుకంటే ఇందు-బిందువులు అప్రతిహత వేగంతో మీవైపు సాగుతాయి—వాలు దిగి నీరు నిమ్న గర్తంలోకి నేరుగా తన నియత స్థానాన్ని చేరినట్లుగా.
