Sukta 4.4
त्वया वयं सधन्यस्त्वोतास्तव प्रणीत्यश्याम वाजान् । उभा शंसा सूदय सत्यतातेऽनुष्ठुया कृणुह्यह्रयाण ॥
tváyā vayáṃ sadhanyàs tvótās táva práṇīty aśyāma vā́jān | ubhā́ śáṃsā sūdaya satyatāte 'nuṣṭhuyā́ kṛṇuhy ahrayāṇa ||
హే (అగ్ని), నీ ద్వారా మేము సధన్యులు—సత్కార్యజయంలో సమర్థులు; నీ సహాయంతో, నీ ప్రణీతి (నాయకత్వం) వలన బలసంపదలైన వాజములను చేరుదుము. హే సత్యపుత్రా, మా రెండు స్తుతులను శుభప్రదంగా వికసింపజేయి; క్రమానుసారంగా, తొందర లేకుండా, తడబాటు లేకుండా, దీనిని సిద్ధింపజేయి.
