ते नो वृष्टिं दिवस्परि पवन्तामा सुवीर्यम् । सुवाना देवास इन्दवः ॥
Transliteration
té no vṛṣṭíṃ divás pári pávantāmā́ su-vī́ryam | suvānā́ devā́sa índavaḥ ||
Translation
அழுத்தலில் (ஸுவானா) தெய்வீகமான அந்த தேவ-இந்துக்கள், வானத்திற்கப்பாற்பட்ட இடத்திலிருந்து வரும் மழையை எங்களுக்காகத் தூய்மைப்படுத்துவாராக; மேலும் எங்களுள் ஸுவீர்யம்—உண்மையான வீரியம், ஆன்மாவின் வெற்றிச் சக்தி—வரச் செய்வாராக.
