Sukta 5.37
वधूरियं पतिमिच्छन्त्येति य ईं वहाते महिषीमिषिराम् । आस्य श्रवस्याद्रथ आ च घोषात्पुरू सहस्रा परि वर्तयाते ॥
vadhū́r iyáṃ pátim icchánty eti yá īṃ váhāte máhiṣīm iṣirā́m | ā́sya śravasyā́d rátha ā́ ca ghoṣāt purū́ sahásrā pári vartayāte ||
இந்த மணப்பெண்-ஆன்மா கணவனை நாடி செல்கிறது; அவளைத் தாங்குபவன்—அந்த மகத்தான, தூண்டும் மகிஷி (அரசி-சக்தி)யை. அவனுடைய புகழிலிருந்து ரதம் ஒலியுடன் அணைகிறது; பல ஆயிரங்கள் அவனைச் சுற்றி சுழன்று நகர்கின்றன—வெற்றிப் பிரகடனத்திற்காக சக்திகள் கூடுகின்றன.
