Sukta 2.14
अध्वर्यवो यो दृभीकं जघान यो गा उदाजदप हि वलं वः । तस्मा एतमन्तरिक्षे न वातमिन्द्रं सोमैरोर्णुत जूर्न वस्त्रैः ॥
ádhvaryavo yó dṛbhī́kaṃ jaghā́na yó gā́ udā́jad ápa hí valáṃ vaḥ | tásmā etám antárikṣe ná vā́tam índraṃ sómair ūrṇuta jū́r ná vastráiḥ ||
ஓ அத்வர்யுக்களே, த்ரபீகனை வீழ்த்தியவன், கதிர்களை (பசுக்களை) வெளியே ஓட்டியவன், உங்களுக்காக வலனின் குகையை அகற்றியவன்—அந்த இந்திரனை சோமங்களால் ஆடையணியச் செய்யுங்கள்; அந்தரிக்ஷம் காற்றால் மூடப்படுவது போல, வேகமுடையவன் உடைகளால் மூடப்படுவது போல.
