Sukta 10.92
ऋतस्य हि प्रसितिर्द्यौरुरु व्यचो नमो मह्यरमतिः पनीयसी । इन्द्रो मित्रो वरुणः सं चिकित्रिरेऽथो भगः सविता पूतदक्षसः ॥
ṛtásya hí prásitir dyáur urú vyáco námo mahy àramatíḥ panī́yasī | índro mitró váruṇaḥ sáṃ cikitrire ’thó bhágaḥ savitā́ pūtádakṣasaḥ ||
ஏனெனில் ருதத்தின் பிரசிதி (முன்னோக்கி உந்துதல்) விரிந்த, தூரம்வரைப் பரவும் த்யௌ (வானம்) ஆகும்; மஹத்தான அரமதி—மிக வணங்கத்தக்கவள்—அவளுக்கு நமஸ்காரம். இந்திரன், மித்ரன், வருணன் இதை ஒன்றாக அறிந்தனர்; மேலும் பூததக்ஷ (சுத்தமான விவேகம்) உடைய பகன், சவிதாவும்.
