Sumitra’s Consolation to Kausalya
अभिवादयमानं तं दृष्ट्वा ससुहृदं सुतम्।मुदाऽश्रृ मोक्ष्यसे क्षिप्रं मेघलेखेव वार्षिकी।।।।
abhivādayamānaṃ taṃ dṛṣṭvā sa-suhṛdaṃ sutam | mudā ’śru mokṣyase kṣipraṃ meghalekheva vārṣikī ||
நண்பர்களுடன் கூடிய உன் புதல்வன் உன்னை வணங்கி நின்றதைப் பார்த்தவுடன், நீ விரைவில் ஆனந்தக் கண்ணீரைச் சிந்துவாய்—மழைக்கால மேகச் சுருள் மழையைப் பொழிவதுபோல்.
