kás tvā́ satyó madā́nāṁ máṁhiṣṭho matsád ándhasaḥ | dṛḷhā́ cid ārúje vásu

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Who, O Vasu, is he that shall surpass thee—true amid the raptures, most bounteous, exulting in the Soma’s juice—thou who rendest even things firm-set fast?

Translation

ஓ வசு! பரவசங்களின் நடுவிலும் உண்மையாய் நிற்பவனே, மிகுந்த தானமுடையவனே, சோமரசத்தில் மகிழ்வோனே—உன்னை மிஞ்சுபவன் யார்? உறுதியாக நிலைத்தவற்றையும் நீ பிளந்து விடுகிறாய்.
