ग्री॒वाभ्य॑स्त उ॒ष्णिहा॑भ्यः॒ कीक॑साभ्यो अनू॒क्याऽत्। यक्ष्मं॑ दोष॒ण्य॑१मंसा॑भ्यां बा॒हुभ्यां॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते

IAST Transliteration

grīvā́bhyas te uṣṇíhābhyas kī́kasābhyo anūkyá̄t | yákṣmaṃ doṣaṇyàm aṃsā́bhyāṃ bāhúbhyāṃ ví vṛhāmi te ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From thy neck, from thy shoulder-parts, from thy ribs, from thy spine,—the wasting-disease, the mischief-working one, with shoulders and with arms I rend away from thee, clean apart.

Translation

உன் கழுத்திலிருந்து, உன் தோள்பகுதிகளிலிருந்து, உன் விலா எலும்புகளிலிருந்து, உன் முதுகெலும்பிலிருந்து—சிதைக்கும், தீங்கு விளைவிக்கும் யக்ஷ்மத்தை—தோள்களும் கைகளும் உடனே—நான் உன்னிடமிருந்து கிழித்து முற்றிலும் பிரித்தெடுக்கிறேன்.
