Sukta 7.29
उतो घा ते पुरुष्या इदासन्येषां पूर्वेषामशृणोॠषीणाम् । अधाहं त्वा मघवञ्जोहवीमि त्वं न इन्द्रासि प्रमतिः पितेव ॥
utó ghā́ te puruṣyā̀ íd āsan yéṣāṃ pū́rveṣām áśṛṇo ṛ́ṣīṇām | ádhāháṃ tvā maghavan johavīmi tváṃ na indrāsi prámatíḥ pitā́iva ||
И воистину твоими были те человеческие помощи — для прежних риши, которых ты слушал. Потому я ныне взываю к тебе, о щедрый (Магхаван): ты для нас, о Индра, — направляющая забота и мудрое предвидение, как отец.
