Transliteration

dáśa kṣípo yuñjate bāhū́ ádrim sómasya yā́ śamitā́rā suhástā | mádhvo rásaṃ sugábhastir giriṣṭhā́ṃ cániścadad duduhe śukrám aṃśúḥ ||

Translation

Dez rápidas (potências) jungem seus braços à pedra de prensar o Soma — artífices hábeis, de boas mãos. Da essência melíflua, o raio de firme apreensão ordenha o fluxo brilhante da fonte sustentada pela montanha; ele corre e se assenta no seu leito.
