जम्भयतमभितो रायतः शुनो हतं मृधो विदथुस्तान्यश्विना । वाचंवाचं जरितू रत्निनीं कृतमुभा शंसं नासत्यावतं मम ॥
jambháyatam abhíto rā́yataḥ śúno hatáṃ mṛ́dho vidáthus tā́ny aśvinā | vā́caṃ-vācaṃ jaritū́ ratnínīṃ kṛtam ubhā́ śáṃsaṃ nāsatyāvatam máma ||
Ó Aśvins, repeli e esmagai por todos os lados as forças hostis que se precipitam sobre nós; abatei o cão da contenda — tais são os vossos feitos conhecidos. Fazei de cada palavra do cantor uma portadora do tesouro; ó Nāsatyas, fazei prosperar tanto o louvor quanto a justa afirmação que são meus.
