वायुर्न यो नियुत्वाँ इष्टयामा नासत्येव हव आ शम्भविष्ठः । विश्ववारो द्रविणोदा इव त्मन्पूषेव धीजवनोऽसि सोम ॥
vāyúr na yó niyútvāṃ iṣṭáyāmā nā́satyā-iva háva ā́ śámbhaviṣṭhaḥ | viśvá-vāro draviṇodā́ iva tmán pūṣéva dhī-jávanó asi soma ||
Jak Vāyu ze swymi zaprzężonymi rumakami, poruszając się pożądanymi ścieżkami, jak Nāsatyas przybywający na wezwanie, jesteś najbardziej sprzyjający błogości. Wszystko-pożądany, jak dawca skarbu w twej własnej jaźni, jak Pūṣan ożywiciel natchnionej myśli, jesteś, o Somo.
