प्रति वां रथं नृपती जरध्यै हविष्मता मनसा यज्ञियेन । यो वां दूतो न धिष्ण्यावजीगरच्छा सूनुर्न पितरा विवक्मि ॥
práti vāṃ ráthaṃ nṛpatī jaradhyái havíṣmatā mánasā yajñíyena | yó vāṃ dū́to ná dhiṣṇyā́v ajī́gar acchā́ sūnúr ná pitarā́ vivakmi ||
Ku waszemu rydwanowi, o władcy ludzi, kieruję myśl z umysłem ofiarnym dla waszego radosnego przyjęcia. Jak posłaniec do dwóch stałych siedzib śpieszę; jak syn do rodziców przemawiam do was.
