On, jasny rozeznawca, znający obie strony, niebiańską i ziemską, wewnętrzną i zewnętrzną, dawca tysiąca pełni i ich stały posiadacz, pragnąc utkać rozciągniętą granicę Jamy, Wasiśtha narodził się, ogarniając Apsarasy, płynące natchnienia.
Bridges discipline and inspiration: suitable as a doctrinal verse for regulated mantra-work (brahman) within Soma liturgy.
integration of opposites (ubhayasya), abundance (sahasra) as spiritual plenitude, Ṛta through measure (Yama)
Yama’s boundary is ṛta as proportion; Vasiṣṭha embodies ṛta by holding plenitudes without disorder.
Praketa/pravidvān indicates satya-knowledge that is stable and integral.
Birth of a seer-function through integration of inspiration within law—formation of an effective instrument of truth.
Integral yoga: harmonizing descent of inspiration with discipline and stable possession.
Weaving = formation of sādhanā; boundary = ethical/psychic containment; flowing waters = intuitive currents.
Practice ‘integral seeing’: hold awareness of inner state and outer life simultaneously without collapse into either.
Anāhata (containment/wideness) with Ājñā (discernment)
Nadi-śodhana (alternate nostril) to balance ‘both sides’; finish with quiet kumbhaka to ‘hold’ (sadāna).
Stable witnessing with gentle joy; inspirations arise but remain contained.
Set a clear boundary: choose one restraint (yama) and one observance (niyama-like) for the session; chant, then allow inspirations to flow without following them—let them circle within awareness.
Vedic accenting; keep compound words smooth (pravidvān, sahasradāna, sadāna). Exact svara requires RV accent source.
Emphasize semantic pillars with slight clarity: ‘praketa’, ‘ubhayasya’, ‘yamená tatáṃ paridhím’; avoid dramatic pauses that break triṣṭubh flow.
pravidvān: ‘dv’ cluster clean; nasalization minimal, sahasradāna: keep ‘sr’ conjunct; long ā, sadāna: long ā, vayiṣyan: palatal ‘ṣy’ clear; nasal ‘n’ light, jajñe: palatal ñ; ‘jajñe’ not ‘jagne’
Even, centered, containing—like drawing a circle with sound.
