Sukta 7.18
धेनुं न त्वा सूयवसे दुदुक्षन्नुप ब्रह्माणि ससृजे वसिष्ठः । त्वामिन्मे गोपतिं विश्व आहा न इन्द्रः सुमतिं गन्त्वच्छ ॥
dhenuṃ na tvā sūyavase dudhukṣann upa brahmāṇi sasṛje vasiṣṭhaḥ | tvām in me gopatiṃ viśva āhā na indraḥ sumatiṃ gantu accha ||
Jak ktoś doi krowę dla bogatej pastwy, tak Wasiṣṭha wycisnął i skierował ku tobie mantry. Wszyscy głoszą cię panem promieni (krow światła); niech Indra przyjdzie do nas z łaską prawego zrozumienia.
