Sukta 4.33
यत्संवत्समृभवो गामरक्षन्यत्संवत्समृभवो मा अपिंशन् । यत्संवत्समभरन्भासो अस्यास्ताभिः शमीभिरमृतत्वमाशुः ॥
yát saṃvatsám ṛbhávo gā́m árakṣan yát saṃvatsám ṛbhávo mā́ ápiṃśan | yát saṃvatsám ábharan bhā́so asyā́s tā́bhiḥ śámībhir amṛtatvám ā́śuḥ ||
Ponieważ przez cały rok Rbhurowie strzegli Krowy, promienia wiedzy, ponieważ przez rok ją kształcili i doskonalili, ponieważ przez rok nieśli jej lśniące blaski, przez te czyny prawej umiejętności osiągnęli nieśmiertelność.
