Sukta 4.17
अयं शृण्वे अध जयन्नुत घ्नन्नयमुत प्र कृणुते युधा गाः । यदा सत्यं कृणुते मन्युमिन्द्रो विश्वं दृळ्हं भयत एजदस्मात् ॥
ayáṃ śṛṇve ádha jáyann utá ghnann ayám utá prá kṛṇute yudhā́ gā́ḥ | yadā́ satyáṃ kṛṇuté manyúm índro víśvaṃ dṛḷháṃ bhayate éjad asmāt ||
Ten jest słyszany, potem zwycięża i uderza; ten zdobywa Promienie przez walkę. Gdy Indra czyni swój gniew siłą prawdy, wszystko co stałe drży ze strachu przed nim.
