स्वदस्व हव्या समिषो दिदीह्यस्मद्र्यक्सं मिमीहि श्रवांसि । विश्वाँ अग्ने पृत्सु ताञ्जेषि शत्रूनहा विश्वा सुमना दीदिही नः ॥
svádasva havyā́ sámiṣo didīhy asmadryák sáṃ mimīhi śrávāṃsi | víśvān agne pṛtsú tā́ñ jeṣi śátrūn áhā víśvā su-manā́ dīdihī naḥ ||
Uczyń ofiary słodkimi dla siebie; rozpal się siłą zapłonu i zbierz nasze moce natchnionego słuchu ku nam. O Agni, zwycięż wszystkich tych wrogów w bitwach; dzień po dniu, na wszystkie sposoby, świecąc dobrą wolą, nas oświecaj.
