आ याहि पूर्वीरति चर्षणीराँ अर्य आशिष उप नो हरिभ्याम् । इमा हि त्वा मतयः स्तोमतष्टा इन्द्र हवन्ते सख्यं जुषाणाः ॥
ā́ yāhi pūrvī́r áti carṣaṇī́r ā́ aryá ā́śiṣa úpa no háribhyām | imā́ hí tvā matáyaḥ stóma-taṣṭā́ índra hávante sakhyáṁ juṣāṇā́ḥ ||
Przybądź, przekraczając liczne rasy ludzi; przybądź, szlachetny, ze swoimi kasztanowymi rumakami, do naszych aspiracji. Albowiem te myśli, ukształtowane w hymny, wzywają cię, o Indro, pragnąc twojej przyjaźni i zgadzając się na twoją radość.
