Sukta 10.40
युवं कवी ष्ठः पर्यश्विना रथं विशो न कुत्सो जरितुर्नशायथः । युवोर्ह मक्षा पर्यश्विना मध्वासा भरत निष्कृतं न योषणा ॥
yuváṃ kavī ṣṭháḥ páry aśvinā ráthaṃ víśo ná kútsaḥ jaritúr naśāyathaḥ | yuvór ha mákṣā páry aśvinā mádhvā́sā bharata níṣkṛtaṃ ná yóṣaṇā ||
Was dwóch jest mocami wieszczymi, o Aśvinowie: poruszając się wokół rydwanu, czynicie ludy bezpiecznymi, jak Kutsa ratuje śpiewaka przed zgubą. Wokół was, o Aświnowie, szybko jest miodowa rozkosz; przynieście ją tutaj, jak dziewica przynosząca to, co dobrze przygotowane i uwolnione.
