योगक्षेमं व आदायाहं भूयासमुत्तम आ वो मूर्धानमक्रमीम् । अधस्पदान्म उद्वदत मण्डूका इवोदकान्मण्डूका उदकादिव ॥
yógakṣēmaṃ va ādā́yāháṃ bhūyāsam uttamá ā́ vo mūrdhā́nam akramīm | adháspadān má udvadata maṇḍūkā́ ivodakā́n maṇḍūkā́ udakā́d iva ||
Przejmując dla siebie wasz zysk i wasze bezpieczeństwo, obym stał się najwyższy. Stąpnąłem na waszą głowę. Spod moich stóp wołajcie, jak żaby z wody, jak żaby wznoszące się z wody.
