ता अस्य ज्येष्ठमिन्द्रियं सचन्ते ता ईमा क्षेति स्वधया मदन्तीः । ता ईं विशो न राजानं वृणाना बीभत्सुवो अप वृत्रादतिष्ठन् ॥
tā́ asya jyéṣṭham indriyáṃ sacante tā́ īmā́ kṣéti svadháyā mádantīḥ | tā́ īṃ víśo ná rājānaṃ vṛṇānā́ bībhatsúvo ápa vṛtrā́d atiṣṭhan ||
Trzymają się jego najwyższej mocy, jego siły Indry; mieszkają tu, radując się własnym wewnętrznym prawem. Jak ludy wybierające króla, wybierają jego; odwracając się od osłony Wrytry, zajęli stanowisko z dala od niej.
