Transliteration

híraṇyapāṇiḥ savitā́ vícarṣaṇir ubhé dyā́vāpṛthivī́ antár īyate | apā́mīvāṁ bā́dhate véti sū́ryam abhí kṛṣṇéna rájasā dyā́m ṛṇoti ||

Translation

Złotoręki Savitri, szeroko widzący, porusza się między Niebem a Ziemią. Odpycha cierpienie; zmierza ku Słońcu; ciemnym radżasem okrywa niebo, aby to, co w nas niedojrzałe, mogło być zasłonięte, a to, co gotowe, mogło być prowadzone przez jego uzdrawiające widzenie.
