svā́hākṛtaḥ śúcir devéṣu yajñó yó aśvinóś camasó devapā́naḥ | tám u víśve amṛ́tāso juṣāṇā́ gandharvásya pratyāsnā́ ríhanti
Offered with Svāhā, pure among the gods, is the sacrifice—this cup of the Aśvins, a draught for deities. That, verily, all the Immortals, taking delight therein, lick at the very lip, as (one) of the Gandharva.
Devata: Aśvins; ‘Viśve Devāḥ’ (All Gods) as acceptors; Gandharva as liminal guardian figure.
Chandas: Likely Jagatī/Triṣṭubh mixture; requires scan.
Primary: shanta
Secondary: adbhuta
