Rishi: Atharvanic tradition
Devata: Aiśvarya/Śrī-like prosperity principle (implicit); the mantra is self-referential (ātmastuti)
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh-like cadence (prose-leaning Atharvanic style)
Ten sukta jest samopotwierdzającą atharwaniczną formułą zapewniającą pomyślność i awans społeczny: mówca rości sobie prawo do "przywództwa" w bogactwie i pierwszeństwa wśród równych sobie. Jednocześnie chroni przepływ ożywczych wsparć: uwolnienie z ograniczeń, orzeźwiającą wilgoć i życiodajny wiatr (Mātariśvan), a kulminuje w uzdrawiającej, chłodzącej autoidentyfikacji z rozległą kosmiczną pełnią (Oceanem), stabilizującą serce i siłę życiową.

Mantra 3
उ॒र्वश्च॑ मा चम॒सश्च॒ मा हा॑सिष्टां ध॒र्ता च॑ मा ध॒रुण॑श्च॒ मा हा॑सिष्टाम्

Mantra 4
वि॒मो॒कश्च॑ मा॒र्द्रप॑विश्च॒ मा हा॑सिष्टामा॒र्द्रदा॑नुश्च मा मात॒रिश्वा॑ च॒ मा हा॑सिष्टाम्
Niech mnie nie opuści wyzwolenie, niech mnie nie opuści wilgotna moc; niech mnie nie opuści wilgotny dar, niech mnie nie opuści Mātariśvan.

Bṛhaspati jest moją istotą: zdobywający umysły ludzi, radujący serce zaprawdę.
Mantra 6
अ॒सं॒ता॒पं मे॒ हृद॑यमु॒र्वी गव्यू॑तिः समु॒द्रो अ॑स्मि॒ विध॑र्मणा
Niespalone jest moje serce: szeroki jest mój pastwiskowy zakres; jestem Oceanem, z rozporządzenia i ustanowionego porządku.
It aims to establish the reciter in prosperity and precedence—being the “head” among equals—while ensuring that supportive forces (release from constraints, refreshment, and vital wind) do not leave.
Mātariśvan represents vital movement (breath/wind and sustaining energy), while the “ārdra” (moist/refreshing) agencies symbolize life-sustaining coolness and continuity—together preventing decline and supporting flourishing.
While primarily paustika (prosperity/ascendancy), it also has a healing-shāntika turn: it cools and steadies the heart-mind and strengthens resilience through expansive self-identification (broad pasture, ocean).
