ऋतस्य जिह्वा पवते मधु प्रियं वक्ता पतिर्धियो अस्या अदाभ्यः । दधाति पुत्रः पित्रोरपीच्यं नाम तृतीयमधि रोचने दिवः ॥
Transliteration
ṛtásya jihvā́ pavate mádhu priyáṃ vaktā́ pátir dhiyó asyā́ adā́bhyaḥ | dádhāti putráḥ pitrór apī́cyaṃ nā́ma tṛtī́yam ádhi rocané diváḥ ||
Translation
ଋତର ଜିହ୍ୱା ବହେ—ମଧୁର, ପ୍ରିୟ; ଏହି ଧୀ (ପ୍ରେରିତ ଚିନ୍ତା)ର ଅଦାଭ୍ୟ ପତି ଓ ବକ୍ତା। ପୁତ୍ର ପିତୃ-ମାତୃଙ୍କ ଗୁପ୍ତ ନାମ—ତୃତୀୟ—କୁ ଦିବର ଦୀପ୍ତିମୟ ରୋଚନରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରେ।
