Transliteration

parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca

Translation

ଅନ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି (ପରଜନ) ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରଥମ, ମଧ୍ୟମ ଓ ଉତ୍ତମ (ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ) ଶ୍ରେଣୀର; ଏବଂ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ କ୍ରେତା, ‘ଶ୍ରୋତା/ସମ୍ମତିଦାତା’ (ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥ/ଅନୁମୋଦକ) ଓ ଋଣଦାତାଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଲାଗୁ ହୁଏ।
