Sukta 6.20
त्वं वृध इन्द्र पूर्व्यो भूर्वरिवस्यन्नुशने काव्याय । परा नववास्त्वमनुदेयं महे पित्रे ददाथ स्वं नपातम् ॥
tváṃ vṛdhá índra pū́rvyo bhūr varivasyán uśáne kāvyā́ya | parā́ náva-vāstvam anu-déyaṃ mahé pittré dadātha sváṃ napā́tam ||
Engkaulah, wahai Indra, pembesar yang purba, yang meluaskan ruang bagi Uśanā Kāvya. Engkau mengurniakan kepada Bapa Agung ‘kediaman baharu’ yang mesti diteruskan—zuriat-Mu sendiri, kesinambungan yang sah bagi susur galur ilahi dalam diri kami.
