सो अस्य वज्रो हरितो य आयसो हरिर्निकामो हरिरा गभस्त्योः । द्युम्नी सुशिप्रो हरिमन्युसायक इन्द्रे नि रूपा हरिता मिमिक्षिरे ॥

só asya vájro hárīto yá ā́yaso hárir níkāmo hárir ā́ gábhastyoḥ | dyumnī́ suśípro hárimanyu-sāyaka índre ní rū́pā hárītā mimikṣire ||

Halilintarnya berwarna emas-tawny, ditempa daripada besi; tawny pada niat, tawny pada genggaman tangannya. Dalam gemilang daya, yang berbibir elok itu melepaskan anak panah amarah tawny; dalam Indra, rupa-rupa tawny berpadu dan ditegakkan.
