Sukta 10.71
इमे ये नार्वाङ्न परश्चरन्ति न ब्राह्मणासो न सुतेकरासः । त एते वाचमभिपद्य पापया सिरीस्तन्त्रं तन्वते अप्रजज्ञयः ॥
imé yé nā́rvāṅ ná paráś caranti ná brāhmaṇā́so ná sutékarāsaḥ | tá eté vā́cam abhipádya pā́payā sirī́s tántraṃ tanvate áprjajñayaḥ ||
Mereka ini—yang tidak bergerak ke hadapan dan tidak juga melampaui—bukan brāhmaṇa yang sejati, dan bukan pula pemerah Soma. Mereka mendekati Vāc (Sabda) dengan jalan yang jahat; tanpa pengetahuan, mereka membentangkan lungsin yang lusuh, tenunan yang tandus.
