Sukta 10.147
त्वं मायाभिरनवद्य मायिनं श्रवस्यता मनसा वृत्रमर्दयः । त्वामिन्नरो वृणते गविष्टिषु त्वां विश्वासु हव्यास्विष्टिषु ॥
tváṃ māyā́bhir anavádya māyínaṃ śravasyatā́ mánasā vṛtrám ardayaḥ | tvā́m ín naro vṛṇate gáviṣṭiṣu tvā́ṃ víśvāsu havyā́sv íṣṭiṣu ||
Engkau, wahai Yang tidak bercela, dengan māyā-māyā-Mu menewaskan si māyin yang licik, Vṛtra, dengan fikiran yang mendamba kemasyhuran. Engkau dipilih para lelaki dalam pertempuran demi Cahaya; Engkau dipilih dalam segala persembahan dan upacara yajña.
