Sukta 10.110
प्राचीनं बर्हिः प्रदिशा पृथिव्या वस्तोरस्या वृज्यते अग्रे अह्नाम् । व्यु प्रथते वितरं वरीयो देवेभ्यो अदितये स्योनम् ॥
prācī́naṁ bर्हíḥ pradíśā pṛthivyā́ vástor asyā́ vṛjyate rá agre áhṇām | vy ù prathate vitaráṁ várīyo devébhyo áditaye syónam ||
Dihamparkanlah barhis yang suci ke arah timur, menurut arah bumi, di hadapan fajar hari-hari. Ia terbentang, kian luas dan lapang—hamparan yang lebih membahagiakan—menjadi asas yang sejahtera bagi para dewa, bagi Aditi, Yang Tidak Terbatas.
