Sukta 1.142
वि श्रयन्तामृतावृधः प्रयै देवेभ्यो महीः । पावकासः पुरुस्पृहो द्वारो देवीरसश्चतः ॥
ví śrayantām ṛtā-vṛ́dhaḥ pra-yái devébhyo mahī́ḥ | pāvakā́saḥ puru-spṛ́ho dvā́ro devī́r asaścátaḥ ||
Semoga pintu-pintu ilahi yang agung—yang menyucikan dan sarat kerinduan yang pelbagai—terbuka luas, diteguhkan oleh Kebenaran (ṛta), agar jalan ke hadapan disediakan bagi para dewa; janganlah ia menahan, tetapi lepaskan laluan bagi kuasa-kuasa yang turun.
