शत्रुनाशनम्। ५ सोम्यासः पितरः, ६ मरुतः, ७ यमसादनम्, ब्रह्म, ८ अग्निः। द्यावा॑पृथिवी उ॒र्व॑१न्त॑रिक्षं॒ क्षेत्र॑स्य॒ पत्न्यु॑रुगा॒योऽद्भु॑तः । उ॒तान्तरिक्ष॑मु॒रु वात॑गोपं॒ त इ॒ह त॑प्यन्तां॒ मयि॑ त॒प्यमा॑ने

IAST Transliteration

dyā́vāpr̥thivī urváṃ antárikṣaṃ kṣétrasya pátny urugāyó ’dbhútaḥ | utā́ntárikṣam urú vā́tagopaṃ té ihá tápyantāṃ máyi tápyamāne ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Heaven and Earth, the broad Mid-air; the Field’s Lady, wide-ranging, wondrous: yea, the ample atmosphere, guarded by the Wind—let those (powers) here scorch (the foes), when I am the one assailed.

Translation

Wahai Dyāvā-Pṛthivī (Langit dan Bumi), hamparan Antarikṣa yang luas; Sang Isteri Ladang (Kṣetra), yang melata luas, menakjubkan; bahkan atmosfera yang lapang, dipelihara oleh Vāyu (Angin)—biarlah kuasa-kuasa itu di sini membakar (para musuh), tatkala aku yang diserang.
